Membership to Law Enforcement United is limited to active or retired sworn law enforcement officers, immediate family of law enforcement officers that have died in the line of duty (Survivors), and sponsored civilian (non-sworn) individuals. Credential may be requested and all applicants must be able to provide verification if request is made.

** Premier Member can be a corporate or individual sponsor/supporter who would like to join L.E.U. in support of our mission to assist with raising awareness and funds for the progarms we support. Premier Members are not able to participate in the annual bicycle ride, but maintain LEU membership and are able to particiapte in other events.
To be eligible to participate as a RIDER in the annual bicycle ride from Chesapeake, VA to Washington, DC in the Virginia Division, or from Reading, PA to Washington, D.C., you must be an active or retired law enforcement officer or an immediate family member of a law enforcement officer that died in the line of duty ("Survivors"). Members who are eligible to participate as a Bicycle Rider and want to participate in the annual Road to Hope Bicycle Ride May 9-13th to Washington, D.C. are required to raise a minimum amount of $1,350 and all funds are due to Law Enforcement United Prior to April 1st.
To be eligible to participate as a SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER you must be an active or retired sworn law enforcement officer, immediate family of law enforcement officers that have died in the line of duty (Survivors), OR sponsored/recommended civilian (non-sworn) individual. Members who are eligible to participate as a support team member for Law Enforcement United and want to participate in the annual Road to Hope Bicycle RIde May 9-13th to Washington, D.C. are required to raise a minimum of $750 and all funds are due to Law Enforcement United Prior to April 1st.
All Members must be 18 years of age.
Membership is good through June 30th, of each year and is not pro-rated.
You don't have to participate in the Road to Hope Bicycle Ride to be a member of LEU.There are a number of other functions and events we host that you will be able to participate in. If you have any special areas of expertise that you can volunteer for such as media, data management, HR, etc, we would love to have you on board. This organization works year round, and as such we need as many volunteers as we can!
Lapsed Membership: If you are a prior member, and your membership has lapsed, You will need to fill out a new application as New Member. Lapsed membership will not qualify as a "returning member". You may contact Wallace Chadwick (email@example.com ) if you need to discuss further.

The Road To Hope 2013
The Road To Hope Memorial Ride is closed for 2013. Please consider joining us for the 2014 ride. New Member Registration will begin JULY 1st.
